Pumpkin Patch Guide

Fall is one of the most beautiful seasons in Pittsburgh and now that it's here, it's time to start thinking of all things pumpkin! We are so lucky to have so many local farms offering family fun throughout the season!

To make planning your Fall activities easier, we’ve created a post to help you map out your Fall schedule!

Tickets are required for most locations-check their website for full details- happy picking!

Hozak Farm is located west of Pittsburgh in Clinton, Pa. Enjoy pumpkin picking during the week at Hozak's from 2pm to 6pm. During the weekends enjoy Hozak's Fall Festival which brings all the fun of the pumpkin patch along with face painting and scenic hayrides through the woods. Kids can enjoy pumpkin painting and hayrides as well. Admission to the farm is free.

Their annual Pumpkinland is back! Take a walk to the pumpkin patch (pumpkins are sold separately for 65¢/lb), enjoy the scenic hayride (optional), corn maze, haunted barn, $5 pony rides (children only), petting zoo, corn pit, straw maze, playgrounds, & more. Feel free to pack a lunch or visit the food vendors we have available. There will also be craft vendors located in the Lakeside Venue so be sure to stop in & check them out!

Simmons Farm

Fall activities open Saturday, September 13th

Fall activities include hayrides, double mega slide, farm combine slide, basket ball corn hopper, flying turtle pen, peddle car drag race, pumpkin corn hole, tire maze, tire lift, rubber duck races, apple rock labyrinth, five acres of pumpkins, hay maze, 4 acre corn maze and maze challenge, 2 acre core maze, 100ft slide and smaller fire truck slide, petting zoo, human hamster wheel, play area, photo opportunities for families, and apple picking (sold separately).

Triple B Farms

Fall activities include singing chicken show, education acres, farm animals, hayrides, corn mazes, giant slides, jumping pillows, farmcade games, rope maze, tire mountain, pumkinland, barnyard, and more!



The SpringHouse Market

Saturdays and Sundays 11am-5pm and Fridays 2pm-5pm

Fall activities include tube slides, hamster wheel, big foot race, spider web, giant haybale climb, pumpkin tictactoe, cow hulahoop lasso, kiddie corn maze, large corn maze, pumpkin ring toss, giant corn box, ball mania, potato pelter, bubble wands, giant cornhole, tug-of-war, and so much more!




Trax Farms

There’s something for everyone from grandparents to grandkids. Enjoy a hayride to the pumpkin patch to pick-your-own pumpkin or see if you can find your way through the giant, 3-acre corn maze. Live music and food trucks also set the Fall mood! Additional activities can be purchased-check website for details.

Soergel Orchards

Fall activities include tractor rides, pumpkin picking and more!

Renshaw Farms

Fall activities include hayrides, corn pit, corn maze, bounce pillow, giant rope spider web, animal park, hay bale slides, tunnel crawl, zip lines, giant picture frame for family photos, and much more!

Featured this year- Spotted Cow Ice Cream Stand (menu items include: giant popsicles, ice cream cups, root beer floats, warm brownie sundaes, and warm apple crumble sundaes.)

Freedom Farms
